TTI is currently seeking a Distribution Centre Operations Business Analyst to join our team in 1 Giba Drive, Kemps Creek NSW 2178. Reporting to the DC Operations Support and CI Manager, your key duties will include:
The Primary objectives of the role are to:
Provide data and analysis to the operations team to manage and improve the operation
Identify opportunities for improvement and drive them to completion
Build strong relationships with operations team members to understand challenges, and enable effective collaboration on solutions
Review trends to share with the operations teams to create opportunities to improve warehouse supply chain operations.

Skills and experience required:

• Excellent Excel Skills
• Excellent Analytical skills
• Experience with creating query based data analytics ( Qlik, Tableau, PowerQuery, SQL )
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, well organised with a “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to engage constructively and respectfully with individuals and explain conversational and technical concepts
• Problem-solving attitude with demonstrated ability to perform and succeed under pressure
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
