ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit a Part-Time Supervisor (28.5 hours per week) to join our busy Corby Distribution Centre.
This role follows a 3-day shift pattern: Friday to Sunday, 7:30am–6:00pm. Occasional additional shifts may be required during peak periods.
As a Supervisor, you’ll support the management team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Distribution Centre, while also assisting in hands-on warehouse duties. You’ll be responsible for supervising warehouse assistants, upholding quality and safety standards, and driving team engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Leading by example across all operational duties – picking, packing, dispatch, redistribution, and order fulfilment
• Supervising the warehouse team and agency workers to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Supporting stock planning, health & safety compliance, and peak period preparation
• Monitoring staff timekeeping, engagement, and training, and reporting regularly to the line manager
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across all Distribution Centre areas
• Ensuring quality control standards are upheld on all incoming and outgoing stock
• Fostering a positive, professional working environment and supporting team building
