Utz Quality Foods is looking for a Distribution Clerk to support our warehouse operations at our Hanover, PA facility. This position works Friday to Sunday 5:30 PM-5:30 AM. In this role, you'll help manage the flow of inventory and shipments by verifying documentation, updating systems, and coordinating with carriers and suppliers. Responsibilities * Verify and process incoming shipment documentation to ensure accuracy. * Update inventory records in our Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) to keep things running seamlessly. * Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth deliveries. * Prepare and process shipping documentation for outgoing shipments. * Update order statuses and inventory in WMS to keep everything up-to-date. * Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments. * Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy. * Generate reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities. * Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager as needed Requirements: * Previous clerical or administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. * Familiarity with Blue Yonder WMS or similar systems is a plus. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong organizational and filing skills with a keen attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. * Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
