Responsibilities
  • Upload and schedule content across platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) with accurate metadata, tags, and captions.
  • Maintain a content calendar for new releases, micro-content, and community posts.
  • Coordinate with creative and distribution teams to align publishing timelines.
  • Optimize content (aspect ratio, length, captions, thumbnails) for each platform.
  • Collaborate with editors/designers to reformat content as needed.
  • Contribute to distribution planning and platform-specific tactics.
  • Assist with A/B tests, thumbnail experiments, and trend/competitor tracking.
  • Monitor content performance using platform analytics and third-party tools.
  • Share regular reports and insights to inform strategy and improve results.
  • Stay current on platform trends and algorithm updates.
  • Support light community engagement: pin comments, monitor sentiment, and flag key feedback.
