Description

What You’ll Do: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers and customers, ensuring proper documentation and quality standards Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts Organize and maintain warehouse space for maximum efficiency and safety Process returns, restock items, and complete all required documentation Support kitting activities including kit preparation and breakdown when required Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Assist with shipping coordination and logistics documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and safety protocols Monitor and replenish warehouse supplies as needed What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent required 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated environments is an asset Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Why VB Spine?
