JOB DESCRIPTION The role will be responsible for end-to-end preparation, management, and execution of Distribution events and trips, coordinating with key stakeholders in order to provide good Distributor experience. KEY TASKS: Handles the end-to-end execution of assigned events and trips, from raising of budget to coordination with suppliers, booking of flights and accommodation, and providing on-the-day support to all attendees and delegates. Manages the budget and timeline for assigned events and trips, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure that there is sufficient budget to execute a good event/trip and making necessary adjustments to meet the needs of Distributors. Coordinates with relevant teams to ensure events and trips are executed well: Works with channels to help execute the program Coordinates with Marketing for communication support to assigned events Closely collaborates with Budget and Finance teams to ensure sufficient funding for each event and trip Manages suppliers to deliver event and trip requirements in the most efficient manner Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field Preferably with 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the insurance or financial services Excellence in the following skills: Strong management skills (project management and events management) Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, multi-tasking, and problem-solving capabilities Superior interpersonal & communication skills Ability to set a vision, follow through, and execute - must have bias for action Good at tracking and monitoring, planning and organization Excellent ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrates attention to detail
