The Distribution Governance team engages a variety of stakeholders within Banking and Financial Services to ensure effective governance and compliance across the Broker network. Our team works closely with various teams in the ecosystem, senior stakeholders and our distribution partners to embed strong risk management practices.

What role will you play?
As an analyst in the Distribution Governance team, your key responsibilities will include monitoring and investigating distribution partners by analysing data, conducting periodic assurance reviews and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards. Any findings observed by you will need to be summarised in regular operational and management reports to communicate activities and key results.
You will also support the management and review of existing policies, frameworks and procedures. This may require you to proactively think outside the box and initiate deep dive reviews to identify potential improvement opportunities.
