Job ID: 2026-15339 The Distribution Learning and Development Director will define, create, and implement strategies for the design, implementation and evaluation of the learning and development interventions to help AXA Philippines achieve its business objectives and build its desired culture. Together with the Chief Retail Strategy Officer & the Chief Distribution Officer, he or she will establish, lead, and maintain the frameworks for sales leadership, talent management, and learning strategies- customizing such when necessary. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Talent Management • Develop and manage a robust talent identification and succession planning process • Develop, implement, and maintain a structured development program for Financial Executives to Managers • Develop, implement and deliv-er programs for career pathing for Bancassurance 2. Learning and Development • Identify, design, and deliver learning aligned with AXA’s strategy to pro-vide developmental opportunities at all levels • Apply learning and development in-dustry best practices to develop per-formance based curriculum • Create and leverage relationships with colleagues, executives and key internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve complex learning and development challenges and concerns • Design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs in multi-ple forms as appropriate 3. L&D infrastructure • Develop the infrastructure for all L&D programs by establishing standard-ized methods and procedures for de-livery, evaluation, measurement, and reporting 4. Vendor Management • Manage third party vendor relationships and ensure performance metrics are appropriate and monitored.
