Join a supportive, collaborative logistics team with strong cross-functional exposure Fast-paced role coordinating container movements and 3PL operations Flexible Hybrid working - 3 days on-site in Tatura Grow your logistics career with visibility across the entire Bega Group The Role As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring inventory flows efficiently between Bega sites and our 3PL partners. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll influence internal and external stakeholders daily as you coordinate container loading, support 3PL logistics performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers excellent visibility across our supply chain and the opportunity to broaden your logistics expertise within a supportive and collaborative team. Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics activity across multiple sites, including container loading schedules and 3PL interactions Liaise with warehouses, 3PL providers and freight partners to ensure timely and accurate inventory and container movements Validate, allocate and reconcile logistics invoices while monitoring key cost drivers Support logistics continuous improvement initiatives through problem-solving and data analysis Address logistics issues, customer complaints and corrective actions, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively About You Strong capability in coordinating logistics operations across warehousing, transport or supply chain environments Ability to foster productive relationships with internal teams, 3PL partners and external stakeholders Competence in analysing logistics data, identifying issues and contributing to process improvements Understanding of wharf cartage, shipping documentation or container processes (highly regarded) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with attention to detail Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
