Wellness will also be an integral part of the resort experience, with a vast wellness and recreation village that will feature a gym, a spa, and Kid Club. Job Description 1. Distribution Channel Management Manage and optimize Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka, etc. Develop and oversee the sales strategy across all channels (direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, corporate clients, etc.). Ensure consistency of content, photos, descriptions, and room information across all platforms. 2. System and Technology Management Operate and maximize use of Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and Property Management System (PMS). Ensure smooth system integrations (e.g., between PMS, RMS, and channel manager). Set up and update rate plans, promotions, and packages in distribution systems. 3. Pricing Strategy Work closely with the Revenue Manager to implement competitive pricing strategies based on market demand. Ensure accurate rate implementation across all distribution channels. 4. Analysis & Reporting Analyze the performance of each distribution channel and provide optimization recommendations. Produce distribution reports and support the Revenue Management team with forecasting and budgeting. ​​​​​​​5. Team Collaboration Coordinate with the sales, marketing, reservations, and revenue teams to align strategies.
