As a Logistics Manager you’ll be responsible for managing our end to end Signify Japan logistics process from custom clearance, warehousing until delivery to our customer locations with our 3P Logistics partners and ensure the cost are within budget. What you’ll do Manage Import Clearance process with Custom Brokers Manage 3PL Warehouse Inbound and Outbound process Manage 3PL Transport operation from our warehouse to customer location Resolve internal and external customer complaints Manage overall Logistics cost within budget Close coordination between multiple regional teams from Finance to SCM Performance Your qualifications Min 10 years experience in Logistics and 5 years experience as Logistics Manager preferably from Consumer Goods industry Have a Bachelor degree and good understanding of import export process, warehousing and transport management Have hands on experience using Warehouse Management System preferably SAP system Preferably has the experience of managing 3PL migration process Good Excel and communication skill with various Stakeholders Fluent in Japanese and English Our candidate profile is just a guide.
