Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Mullen Hospitality Management. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the hotel’s distribution strategy with the objective of maximizing revenue, visibility, and profitability, while ensuring alignment with luxury standards, the commercial strategy, and the brand positioning. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) Proficiency in Opera, SynXis, Marsha, One Yield, GSA, Ci/Ty systems. Strong knowledge of distribution channels, OTAs, GDS, and All Inclusive business models. Strong analytical skills with a strategic and results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to reside in La Cruz, Guanacaste or in Costa Rica desirable but not mandatory. Medical insurance, life insurance, 15 days of annual vacation. $2500-$3000.
