Description
The Distribution part of the role has a wide range of responsibilities covering Collaboration, Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment, and Strategic Account development weekly processes with key channel partners.  To achieve this, the main activities are: working with regional Supply Planning, Sales, and Sales Finance in the analysis, dedication, and delivery of product, as well as working together with the local sales team and partners on the Strategic Account plans.  Develop the monobrand channel in Romania & Bulgaria – coverage expansion, great in-store and digital experience, SOHO, and SMB business. This involves working with regional and local Business Developers, Sales, Sales Finance, Marketing, POS Operations teams, but mostly with the Apple Premium Resellers and Monobrand Authorized Resellers. DESCRIPTION Responsibilities for distribution: Strengthen business relationships with our customers - external partners, sales, and internal partners; Develop & review supply and demand forecast, and ensure sufficient backlog for Romania and Bulgaria distributors. Work closely with the distributors in Romania and Bulgaria, develop the SMB reseller channel, enable the distributor team to support the Apple Retail Account Executive in the key areas; Responsibilities for monobrand: Engage and develop the monobrand partners to continue expansion and growth; Drive the development of retail sales competencies of monobrand partners around digital business, stores quality, as well as staff competencies; Ensure the presence of a wide range of affordability offers, such as financing, trade-in, and forward trade-in; Ensure the right communication is in place, in order to maximize traffic to the stores and digital channels; Monitor performance, inventory management, assortment optimization to ensure operational excellence; Develop the SOHO and SMB B2B competencies of monobrand partners MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Excellent business communication and presentation skills.  Advanced level of Excel and data analysis skills Ability to toggle between strategic and detail-orientated thinking. Ability to influence across multi-functional teams and work in a matrix environment. Strong work ethics, perseverance and flexibility. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS BA degree level educated candidate. MBA an advantage Fluent English is required for the role, Romanian or Bulgarian native is an advantage. Role is based in Bucharest, Romania. Regular travel will be required.
