TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills in strategic planning and project delivery.
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Broad understanding of the principles of various warehouse and supply chain disciplines, with in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical processes and facility design approaches.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, such as GMP, FDA, ISTA, ASTM, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Expertise in inventory management, transportation management, and customer service.
• Strong understanding of risk-based qualification and Lean Principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and external partners
• Demonstrated capabilities in technology implementation and process improvement.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical products and their storage and transportation requirements.

THE EXPECTED SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION BASED ON THE PRIMARY LOCATION OF LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY IS $113,300 - $210,500. ACTUAL PAY WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION, AND OTHER JOB-RELATED FACTORS PERMITTED BY LAW. A DISCRETIONARY ANNUAL BONUS MAY BE AVAILABLE BASED ON INDIVIDUAL AND COMPANY PERFORMANCE. THIS POSITION ALSO QUALIFIES FOR THE BENEFITS DETAILED AT THE LINK PROVIDED BELOW.
