Company Description To support a specific unit of our distributor partner from local sales managers to sales reps and lead them to execute our strategy in the Downtrade channel in a given geographical area through business tracking, action planning, training, market visits and motivation in order to deliver a 100% implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans. Job Description KPI Achievement Manage and meet regional KPI targets (Perfect Store, coverage, sales, etc.). Cost-Effective Coverage Ensure effective outlet coverage at optimal frequencies. Distributor & Customer Engagement Build strong relationships with distributors and top customers. Business Plan Execution Implement channel business plans aligned with priorities and distributor readiness. Team Development: Train, motivate, and coach the distributor team to maximize performance. In-Store Presence: Ensure Red Bull's brand presence via Perfect Store Standards. Database Maintenance: Manage and grow Perfect Stores databases (availability, pricing, visibility, etc.). Relationship Building: Build quality relationships through effective communication. Team Environment: Foster a dynamic, fun, and creative team environment. Administrative Reporting: Complete reports on time and use data to improve distributor KPIs. Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG. Fluent in English spoken and written. Leadership, Motivation and Team Skills. Strong communicational and organizational ability. Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Management reporting and budget control. Commercial, Administration or Marketing degree prefered.
