Hospeco Brands Group's rapid growth, both organic and via acquisition, is powered by its team of driven, innovative problem-solvers and a culture of integrity and respect.    Position Summary: The Distribution Requirements Planner is responsible for planning and optimizing the deployment of finished goods inventory across a multi-node distribution network. This role ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time by balancing service levels, inventory investment, and transportation efficiency. The planner leverages demand forecasts, replenishment policies, and network parameters to develop and execute distribution plans, while proactively managing imbalances, constraints, and inventory risks. This role partners closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and the Supply Chain Control Tower to align network inventory strategy with customer demand and supply capabilities.   Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Manage and execute distribution requirements planning (DRP) to ensure timely replenishment across stocking locations. * Monitor projected inventory positions and proactively rebalance inventory across the network to prevent shortages and excesses at location level. * Manage allocation prioritization for items with constrained supply when needed. * Analyze inventory levels and recommend improvements to network positioning based on planned demand and service targets. * Execute transfers and redirect POs based on SC Control Tower strategic guidance. * Partner with Supply Planning to understand supply availability and constraints; adjust deployment strategies accordingly. * Collaborate with Demand Planning to execute supply shifts based on forecast changes and demand variability at the location level. * Support SIOP processes through scenario analysis, inventory projections, and risk identification. * Drive continuous improvement in DRP processes, tools, and data accuracy.    Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. * 2–7 years of experience in distribution planning, inventory deployment, or multi-echelon supply chain planning. * Strong understanding of DRP, inventory optimization, and replenishment methodologies. * Experience working in multi-site distribution or manufacturing environments. * Proficiency in ERP/MRP/DRP systems (Dynamics 365 strongly preferred). * Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Ability to travel to manufacturing/distribution facilities as needed.  Less than 15% travel.
