Description
With a strong background in electrical distribution sales, particularly within the Saudi market, the manager will lead local sales activities, drive channel development, and ensure operational excellence through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. -Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and stakeholders. -Support the team in mapping each client/OEM/panel bulider and Re-seller to Identify the decision makers and influencers in each organization -Collaborate with partners on joint business planning, marketing initiatives, and performance reviews. -Drive sales performance to meet and exceed country targets. -Lead forecasting, pipeline development, and opportunity management processes -Optimize inventory and stock management in coordination with partners to ensure wide product availability . -Lead digital transformation initiatives including e-commerce platforms, order center tools, and reward programs. -Promote continuous improvement and innovation in sales processes and partners engagement. BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering 12+ years of electrical sales experience, preferably in Riyadh/KSA Experience with LV power and control products Experience with Electrical distribution business, especially IEC Strong leadership skills Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Good knowledge in digital tools and platforms for distribution management Fluency in both spoken & written English is required, and ability to use Arabic in a professional capacity is preferred
