JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a Distribution Services Contractor Services Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing contractor-related financial operations. In this role, you’ll lead all aspects of invoices, payments, and charge reconciliations, ensuring alignment with contracts to drive cost avoidance and optimization. You’ll also leverage analytics to uncover insights and support smarter decision-making. • Support vendor selection, contract negotiations, and execution in alignment with SLAs and TJX policies.
• Partner with Engineering, DCs, 3PLs, and GS&P to manage deliverables and vendor relationships.
• Reconcile and review contractor invoices to ensure accuracy, drive cost savings, and improve billing processes.
• Monitor contract timelines, recommend renewals or changes, and identify opportunities to optimize spend across the network.
• Develop Scope of Work documents and contribute to strategic sourcing plans based on budget analysis
• Prepare quarterly spend/utilization reports and support cost-saving initiatives and network optimization.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, vendor setup, and issue resolution.
