Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods, uphold company standards, and lead a team to meet or exceed operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day distribution and warehouse activities including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
  • Lead and coach a team of warehouse associates to meet performance and safety expectations
  • Monitor KPIs and workflow efficiency to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory management
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, inventory) to resolve issues
  • Manage labor planning, shift scheduling, and timekeeping for warehouse staff
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Handle conflict resolution and performance management
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, including 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
