DESCRIPTION
Reporting into the Operations Manager- DC Operations, the Distribution Team Lead- Receiving/inventory is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound operations on the DC floor; including but not limited to ecommerce, inventory, retail ops, etc. The Distribution Lead performs as a liaison between leadership and Distribution team.
Tasks and responsibilities performed daily contribute to providing retail stores and eCommerce customers with product required and requested. All functions performed ultimately lead to the fulfillment of units to our Community members, allowing them to meet their wellness needs, while also contributing to the overall success of Saje as a business.
The Distribution Team Lead will provide training, direction and guidance to functional teams and Distribution Associates, ensuring that operations can function effectively.
All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.
