Your Role As a vital part of our production team, you will ensure every label and print product meets our high standards before it reaches the customer. You are the final gatekeeper of quality, responsible for the precision and care that our customers expect. Key Responsibilities: Precision Inspection: Accurately inspect, separate, and package products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Quality Excellence: Maintain a "zero-defect" mindset by double-checking shipments for printing, laminating, or shipping errors. Logistics & Data: Use our ERP system to log time/materials and coordinate with couriers to ensure on-time delivery. Champion Collaboration: Prioritize "Team Before Self" by assisting leads and coworkers to meet daily production deadlines. Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow all safety rules and PPE requirements. Qualifications Physical Demands: To be successful in this role, you must be able to: Stand for the majority of your 12-hour shift. Lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the day. Handle & Feel: Use your hands and fingers with precision for 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift. Visual Accuracy: Maintain close vision (20 inches or less) and distinguish between different colors to identify quality variations. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Reliability: Strong attendance record and a commitment to your team. Agility: Ability to adapt to changing job schedules or special customer instructions.
