EXPERIENCE & MINDSET

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Familiarity with SynXis or MARSHA CRS and online travel agency platforms is a plus
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
Effective communication skills in English (other languages a bonus) and the ability to collaborate across teams
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving technology

Assist member hotels in maintaining and optimizing SynXis and MARSHA CRS
Conduct system training for new and existing member hotels on CRS, interfaces, and booking engines
Monitor and manage connectivity and performance across distribution channels linked to CRS
Collaborate with hotels on loading rates across various distribution systems
Support hotels in implementing rate strategies aligned with business goals
Ensure accurate inventory, rates, and availability across all connected channels
Conduct audits and system health checks to maintain distribution system integrity
