  • Best Practices Sharing: Organize and lead annual meetings to facilitate the exchange of best practices among distributors.
  • Ambassadors Program: Establish and grow the Lubrizol Ambassadors Club to enhance brand advocacy and partnership loyalty.
  • Growth Accountability: Drive the expansion of the distribution network, targeting a year-over-year growth rate of 10%.
  • Training and Development: Ensure comprehensive training programs for distributors to maintain high standards and consistent performance.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with global colleagues to share insights and best practices, ensuring a cohesive strategy across regions.
  • Pricing Structure: Develop and implement an effective pricing strategy for the distribution channel to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
  • Representation: Serve as the key representative of the distribution channel in Lubrizol business forums, advocating for channel needs and opportunities.
