Best Practices Sharing: Organize and lead annual meetings to facilitate the exchange of best practices among distributors.
Ambassadors Program: Establish and grow the Lubrizol Ambassadors Club to enhance brand advocacy and partnership loyalty.
Growth Accountability: Drive the expansion of the distribution network, targeting a year-over-year growth rate of 10%.
Training and Development: Ensure comprehensive training programs for distributors to maintain high standards and consistent performance.
Global Collaboration: Work closely with global colleagues to share insights and best practices, ensuring a cohesive strategy across regions.
Pricing Structure: Develop and implement an effective pricing strategy for the distribution channel to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
Representation: Serve as the key representative of the distribution channel in Lubrizol business forums, advocating for channel needs and opportunities.
Transition Management: Lead the transition from the current distribution network to a new, optimized network within X months.
