As a Distributor L&D Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and orchestrating comprehensive learning and development programs specifically tailored for Herbalife’s network of Independent Distributors. Your focus will be on creating innovative and impactful training content that empowers distributors at various levels to deepen their knowledge of our products, nutrition and business methods. Rather than delivering training sessions directly, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content that is engaging, accessible, and aligned with the unique needs of a diverse and dynamic distributor community. This role is crucial in supporting the growth and success of our distributors by providing them with the tools and resources they need to thrive in the competitive wellness and nutrition market.
