Title: Distributor Sales Consultant (4-Month Contract)
Location: Vancouver, North Shore (North, East, West Vancouver), Squamish, Whistler, and Sunshine Coast
Type: Full-Time, 4-Month Contract (Leave Coverage)
Compensation: $65,000 annually (pro-rated), car allowance (up to $500/month) and gas allowance (up to $600/month with receipts)
Remote Work: Work from home & on the road client visits

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a results-driven Distributor Sales Consultant to manage and grow an established territory across Vancouver Island. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the success of our salon and spa partners. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed your annual sales targets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Cultivate and grow relationships with salon owners, estheticians, and stylists to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Support clients with order placement, create promotions, participate in in-salon events and activations, and provide education on products and brand offerings.
• Offer social media support to help salons strengthen their online presence and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with new and existing clients to develop tailored growth strategies for their business.
• Analyze sales performance and activity reports to inform your sales approach.
