DISTRIBUTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Forest Town, Nottinghamshire NG19 0FT
Job Type: Full-time (39 hours/week)
Salary: Competitive + 20% performance bonus
Reports to: Distribution Sales Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Distribution Sales Representative to manage a designated region as their own business. This role involves driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and exceed targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a target-driven sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors, councils, and designers.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings (pool vehicles provided).
• Collaborate with Distribution Sales Representatives and Project Sales Engineers to grow business.
• Partner with the Marketing team to enhance customer engagement.
• Use CRM tools and reports to plan and execute sales strategies.
• Attend trade shows, training sessions, and industry events.
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.
