Job Status: Full-Time Warby Parker is on the lookout for an experienced multi-store District Leader to play an integral part in laying the foundation for our growing Retail business. (At other brands, you might see similar roles called District Manager.) District Leaders have a direct impact on defining the retail experience for our customers and employees. Each one is responsible for financial performance, retail experience, and operational duties for all retail locations in their market—and must also ensure the Warby Parker brand is fluently being translated in the store experience with both customers and employees. What you'll do: Conduct store visits in district and report regularly to Regional Director, VP of Stores and HQ departments Support New Store Opening leader and Retail Talent Acquisition team for all openings in the district.
