Sud Stop Car Wash seeks a driven, organized, and dedicated District Maintenance Manager to keep our cutting-edge car wash facilities running smoothly across the nation and it could be you! The annual salary for this position starts at $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience plus bonus eligibility! We offer competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. Opportunities for growth throughout the U.S. Company Vehicle RESPONSIBILITIES Support management team on preventative maintenance and repair issues Facility management Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries. Maintain company standards and adhere to policies. Oversee maintenance for 4 or more locations with District Manager support P&Ls with District Manager support Repair and Maintenance Budget with District Manager support WORK SCHEDULE We're open seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Travel 50% or more of the time. Weekend, holiday, and night shifts are required. QUALIFICATIONS FOR DISTRICT MAINTENANCE MANAGER Must have Car Wash equipment knowledge Be willing to travel to all our locations nationwide Proficiency in Plumbing Some welding experience Some hydraulics experience Some electrical experience Small motor repair Basic facility/building repairs Computer and software proficiency Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
