Qualifications What We’re Looking For 2-5 years of retail leadership experience (preferably in cell phone or consumer electronics, but open to retail leaders from QSR and other industries). Proven track record of training and performance management – you know how to inspire results. Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed to support your team.
