We’re looking for a results-driven, people-first Area Director to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee 5 to 7 Wendy’s locations and lead a team of General Managers to consistently deliver operational excellence and outstanding guest experiences.

• Lead and coach a team of General Managers across multiple restaurants
• Drive performance in sales, labor, food cost, and other key metrics
• Develop and promote talent within your market
• Ensure operational standards, guest satisfaction, and food safety are upheld
• Partner with HR, marketing, and operations teams to deliver company initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement
