We’re looking for an experienced District Manager to oversee up to 15 shop locations in the N. Illinois / Milwaukee, W Area. What You’ll Do Develop Shop Managers & Service Advisors into culture-driven leaders Ensure shops are fully staffed and PTO is managed to meet demand Hire, train, and retain top-performing shop leadership Lead training on operations, sales, and service excellence Manage budgets and capital expenses to maximize profitability Conduct bi-weekly shop visits with clear follow-up and accountability Own vendor/supplier relationships and minimize in-shop disruptions Enforce safety, compliance, and company standards Collaborate with senior leadership and support teams 80% of your time will be spent in the field with your teams—where the real impact happens. What You Bring 3+ years of multi-unit management experience (required) 3+ years in an automotive service center (required) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent (degree a plus) Valid driver’s license Willingness to travel up to 75% What You’ll Get Monday–Friday Schedule – No nights or weekends required!
