The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities Achieve 100% of sales targets for area and new launches and contribute to profit/value targets per quarter Conduct KOL visits, RTDs, awareness campaigns, and business events while tracking ROI and outcomes for his district Ensure MR call quality, 90%+ coverage of visits, SPOC orders, and structured doctor/customer segmentation and targeting. Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure new product launches are available in key and chain pharmacies. Submit MR feedback, analyze market data using IMS, and conduct quarterly business reviews for strategic decisions. Achieve quarterly market share gains and positive EI performance across strategic product portfolios. Manage budgets for field activities within approved marketing budgets Evaluate team performance against KPIs, provide feedback, corrective plans & Track ROI in sales activities Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/Vet/Science majoring in chemistry 3 years of experience as Area Supervisor or District Manager in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or FMCG industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports, market data, and performance KPIs. Ability to forecast sales, plan district activities, and set clear objectives. Solid understanding of market dynamics, competition, and customer behavior.
