The principal role of a District Manager is to support the long-term development of your Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, ensure that customers are receiving a consistent and positive experience and manage profitability. Establishing and reviewing unit specific performance targets in employee satisfaction, guest service and margin improvement Maintaining company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications Respond expeditiously to guest service needs and demonstrate appropriate decision making skills. Hold management accountable and take appropriate action when needed. Introducing and reinforcing new products and initiatives Coach your team to identify and develop strategies to ensure customer expectations are being met. Analyze the financial performance of your area, understand trends, and drive sales to maximize profitability. Ensures the management team follows processes and performance goals to drive operational improvement.
