Your Impact as a District Manager
As District Manager for Red Deer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance while fostering strong relationships with retail and licensee partners. Reporting to the Sales Manager, Alberta, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring top-tier brand representation in your territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales Growth – Promote and increase sales through the execution of national and regional marketing strategies.
  • Expand Distribution – Grow our brand presence across retail and private stores, as well as support licensees.
  • Strategize for Success – Set and achieve sales objectives, launch new products, and implement promotional programs.
  • Manage Key Accounts – Develop relationships with retail partners to maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor Performance – Maintain accurate sales reports and oversee shelving, display programs, and budget allocations.
  • Collaborate & Innovate – Work within a high-performing team, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Stay Ahead of the Market – Keep up-to-date with industry trends, category insights, and market opportunities.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 2+ years of sales experience in an outside sales role.
  • Experience in the wine & spirits industry is an asset (3+ years preferred).
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to travel within your assigned territory and attend provincial sales meetings.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
