We are looking for an exceptional District Manager to lead our VIC territory in Ecolab’s fast-growing Pest Elimination division. About the Role: Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the District Manager will play a key role in leading a team of Pest Technicians, ensuring the success and expansion of our Pest Management Services for a diverse commercial client base. This is an opportunity for a leader with strong customer relationship skills to build partnerships and negotiate with major clients in industries including Food Manufacturing, Hospitality, Aged Care, and Education. Key Responsibilities: Ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the district Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Pest Service Specialists Conduct business review meetings with clients, managing pricing and contractual negotiations Drive business growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships Support sales initiatives through effective operational planning and workforce management Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities Champion OH&S policies and ensure a safe work environment for the team Who We’re Looking For: An inspiring leader with a passion for developing team members Customer focused and skilled in providing tailored, high-quality service solutions Experienced in financial management, including understanding of P&L levers Preferably experienced at leading field-based teams An advocate for safety, committed to fostering a safe working environment Why Ecolab?
