  • Team Development: Identify and mentor your No. 2, onboard new hires, and ensure every team member has a clear development plan aligned with current or future roles.
  • Performance & Engagement: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual reviews. Foster a culture of feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Structure for Growth: Build a resilient branch structure with clear job descriptions, goal setting, and succession planning.
  • Strategic Meetings: Lead weekly department manager meetings and branch sales meetings to align goals and drive results.
  • Talent Acquisition: Monitor turnover, lead interviews, and support district-wide recruiting efforts.
  • Training Commitment: Ensure your team meets the 52-hour annual training standard, including leadership development.
  • Operational Excellence: Improve process flows, productivity, and customer service.
  • Financial Health: Monitor P&L, cost control, and accounts receivable/payable.
  • Business Development: Actively engage in sales and retention efforts, support customer reviews, and ensure smooth transitions for new business.
  • Vendor Relations: Build strong partnerships with service providers and lead evaluations with corrective action plans.
  • Compliance & Culture: Be a role model of integrity, promote adherence to internal policies and external regulations, and foster a climate of compliance.
