Description The District Manager is responsible for the overall performance of district operations, including financial results, service delivery, safety, and personnel leadership. This role drives operational excellence, supports business development, and ensures alignment with company standards across all service lines. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all district operations, including field and facility activities Manage and develop Operations Managers and district personnel Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency Monitor and control P&L, including payroll, expenses, and capital expenditures Partner with Sales and BO&D to support business development and customer needs Ensure compliance with QMS and HSE programs; promote a strong safety culture Review operational reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive improvement Maintain equipment readiness, inventory control, and resource planning Requirements Qualifications 7–10+ years of oil & gas service industry experience 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-site or district operations Strong financial acumen (P&L management) Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma required; additional education preferred Physical Requirements Ability to work in office and field environments, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting/climbing.
