Report to: National Field Manager Territory managed: Dong Nai Province & 1/3 HCM Based in Ho Chi Minh city. Your Roles: Will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling various initiatives, including peformance target definition, data analysis, and territory management. Collaborate closely with team to implement effective strategies that drive performance and meet our objectives. Will manage the performance budget and expenses, oversee tender management, and coordinate marketing program implementations. Expertise will also extend to key account management and ensuring high levels of customer service and distribution efficiency. Be responsible for coaching and developing the field force staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and market knowledge to excel. Leadership will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving business strategy within the team. Who You Are: Graduated in Pharmacist or Doctor. Good Communication in English (TOEIC > 600). Have thorough knowledge of Pharmaceutical market. At least 4-6 years in Pharmaceutical market and 2 years successful in similar role in an international company. Strong customer relationships in the pharmaceutical markets. Have good experience in field force management & territory management. Experienced in territories management in Pharma Industry. Be result-oriented & customer focus, well organized, honest, strong interpersonal, teamwork and deal with conflict constructively. Have a good management mind. Good in planning and execution: have the ability to initiative, plan, manage, make thing happened & lead change, be analytical thinking, proactive decision maker, good motivator.
