Job Description
As the ultimate ambassador of our brand, the District Manager at SoulCycle takes on a pivotal role in overseeing the business operations of our studios within a geographic area (10+ locations). Your leadership will drive ridership growth, people development, and operational efficiency which will all contribute to the growth of our brand. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you’ll lead a team of Studio Managers across multiple locations to deliver on SoulCycle’s high standards of excellence and rider experience. This District Manager must be local to the LA Metro area.

RIDER EXPERIENCE - 20%

  • Ensure all studio teams are trained and executing on our proprietary Rider Experience (SoulRX) journey.
  • Visit studios within your district regularly to observe, provide feedback, and improve upon on the rider experience.
  • Partner with Studio Managers and local business to provide surprise and delight moments for our riders.
  • Prioritize the health and safety of our riders during escalated incidents and ensure studio teams.

are trained on preventative measures (i.e., CPR/AED, de-escalation tactics, emergency response protocols, unwanted persons)

  • Review all NPS scores and reviews to identify patterns and opportunities to improve.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in a hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting financial objectives across multiple units.
  • Proven experience attracting and building local partnerships, preferably in the geographic region under consideration.
  • Success in developing teams and promoting people across geographic distances.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Ability to manage 10 or more direct reports and support 200+ team members.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong spreadsheet, word processing, and email communication skills
    Pay Transparency: $110k - $150k
