POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the District Manager at our Melbourne location, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a passionate team, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of the LUK FOOK brand and ensuring that every customer leaves with a memorable shopping experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • At least 1 year proven experience as a District Manager or Retail Manager, preferably in a luxury goods or jewellery retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury jewellery.
  • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  1. Planning and implementing organizational policy, setting branch-level performance objectives, and aligning regional operations with company strategy.
  2. Providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of branch teams, issuing operational directives in response to changing market situations.
  3. Coordinating with department heads on staffing, sales performance, product strategies, and financial planning.
  4. Monitoring and reviewing sales data, inventory movement, and cost control initiatives across branches.
  5. Assessing operational standards, ensuring consistent execution of SOPs, and refining merchandising, store layouts, and stock display across locations.
  6. Authorizing operational budgets for regional promotional campaigns and branch expansion initiatives.
  7. Participating in senior talent selection and performance management of mid-level leadership across branches.
  8. Preparing and reviewing performance forecasts, profit & loss variance analysis, and business reports in collaboration with head office.
  9. Representing the region in management meetings, interdepartmental discussions, and external retail forums.
  10. Supervising branch compliance in relation to customer service quality, workplace ethics, and employment standards.
