Description The District Manager communicates various programs, standards and regulations of Branded Fuel Companies to potential and current clients; provide feedback and support for daily operations and improve upon industry mystery shopper scores. Oversee leased convenient/fuel stores in an assigned district to maintain consistency in company standards. This position supports the Florida Panhandle and will require some weekend work. Responsibilities: Monitor the various brand fleet programs, credit card programs and brand incentive/rewards programs as well as work with brand/fleet reps. Act as liaison and consultant between on-site managers or tenants. Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment on a weekly basis to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance to maintain company sites to fuel company standards. Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed Develop and execute strategic plans to meet goals and increase market share Requirements *Excellent supervisory skills to effectively manage a team of store managers *Ability to develop and implement process improvement initiatives *Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire teams *Project management skills to successfully execute initiatives within the district *Sales experience to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets *Strategic planning capabilities to develop long-term business plans We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
