As District Manager, you are a Nothing Bundt Cakes ambassador with the following core values as your foundation, 1) Spirit of a Champion 2) A Servant’s Heart 3) Guest Obsessed. Your primary role for Celebrations Cakes, LLC will be managing the day-to-day operations of multiple bakeries, staffing, new store development, partnering with Human Resources efforts, and Profit and Loss responsibility, and such other duties (that shall be consistent with your role as a Manager of the company) as the company may reasonably direct you to perform from time to time. Considering your anticipated job duties, compensation, exercise of discretion and advanced knowledge required of your position, you will be exempt from federal and state overtime wage requirements. The position is a hybrid roll. Your job duties may require you to occasionally travel. You may also be permitted to work remotely with prior authorization from your manager.
