This strategic role requires highly developed people leadership and financial management skills to ensure consistent execution of company standards and sustained regional growth.   Key Responsibilities   Strategic Financial Management You are accountable for achieving all sales, gross profit, and collection targets across your entire district as set by the company. This involves closely monitoring store metrics and providing the necessary leadership and training to ensure flawless execution of sales and account management. A key responsibility is to enhance retention and nurture promotable talent through ongoing performance monitoring and focused coaching initiatives.   Leadership & Talent Development You will oversee the entire staffing pipeline, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring of all Store Managers and coworkers in your district. A core responsibility is maximizing retention and developing promotable talent through consistent performance monitoring and targeted coaching programs.   Operational Excellence & Compliance You are responsible for ensuring timely and effective execution and compliance with all company policies, programs, and legal requirements across all stores.
