We are seeking an experienced multi-unit Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) leader to join our Carl’s Jr. operations in the San Fernando Valley. This is not an entry-level leadership role — we’re looking for a results-oriented operator with a proven track record of managing multiple high-volume locations, driving operational excellence, and developing strong in-store leadership.

SKILLS AND TOOLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using digital operational platforms and reporting tools
Responsibilities

As District Manager, you will be fully accountable for the performance, staffing, and profitability of multiple Carl’s Jr. restaurants. You will partner closely with your General Managers to implement best-in-class operational practices, optimize food and labor costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all units. A key focus of this role is to increase sales and profitability across all assigned stores while building a strong leadership pipeline.

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple Carl’s Jr. restaurants
  • Partner with General Managers to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency
  • Monitor and manage key financial metrics including food and labor costs
  • Ensure strong food quality, service standards, and operational execution
  • Recruit, train, and retain leadership talent to support future growth
  • Conduct regular store visits to coach teams and ensure accountability
  • Lead local store marketing and community engagement efforts
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, brand, and HR policies
