As District Manager, you will oversee a portfolio across the Lower Mainland, BC, driving operational excellence, mentoring site teams, and achieving financial targets. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll work hands-on to ensure exceptional property performance and resident satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years leadership experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality.
• Strong operational, people management, and budgeting skills.
• Post-secondary education preferred; property management accreditation is an asset.

• Lead and manage a regional portfolio to meet operational and budget goals.
• Coach, train, and develop building managers, superintendents, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with employment, health & safety, and human rights legislation.
• Develop marketing strategies to enhance occupancy and service delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and recommend capital improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
