SUMMARY
The District Manager (DM) position will directly oversee all aspects of a portfolio of Community Development Districts (CDD) and report to the CDD’s governing board. The DM is responsible for overseeing the vendors and staff that deliver services to the designated community. The DM also helps develop budgets and organizes/leads the CDD meetings. Lastly, the DM briefs the board on pertinent issues and ensures all the board’s decisions are enacted accordingly.
This position is for Rizzetta & Company (An affiliate of FirstService Residential) and is located in Panama Beach, Florida.
Essential Functions
Responsible for management of a designated portfolio of CDDs including but not limited to the following:
EDUCATION
Required - Bachelor’s degree.
EXPERIENCE
Preferred - Three (3) years of work-related experience.
Preferred - Experience with presentations to large groups and/or civic boards.
Job Skills
Demonstrate leadership in maintaining high standards of professional behavior for self and staff.Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, problem solving, creative, and independent thinking.
