JOB SUMMARY

The District Manager will establish and maintain relationships with automotive dealerships across Canada (New car sales, Pre-Owned and Service departments) with the ultimate goal of maximizing our dealership and end customer experience to increase post-trial sales conversions. This includes: providing guidance, training and support to dealers on Sirius XM products and services, tracking dealers metrics and performance, maintaining working knowledge of products and programs, promoting and executing programs via merchandising, marketing initiatives, and sales incentive programs. Success in this role will require a strong focus on results, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to motivate and support dealership teams.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

• College or University degree in related discipline

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 Years’ Industry Experience in the Automotive Sector is preferred
• Prior experience in customer facing industry is valued
• Work as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Staff would also be an asset
• Experience with outbound calls in both English and French is essential

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French will be critical for success in this position.
