JOB DESCRIPTION:

At TJX Europe, part of the world’s leading off-price retailer, we’re all about delivering great value to our customers and even greater opportunities to our people.
We’re looking for a dynamic District Manager to lead 11 stores across East Anglia. This is a field-based role with regular travel, focused on driving commercial success, elevating customer experience, and building high-performing, inclusive teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and inspire store teams to deliver outstanding sales and store standards
• Foster a culture where associates feel welcomed, valued, and engaged
• Develop talent and build strong succession pipelines
• Collaborate with business partners to deliver district strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational excellence
• Champion our off-price model and uphold brand identity across all stores
• Drive KPIs, manage payroll and costs, and implement shrink strategies
• Role model TJX’s Leadership Competencies and Cultural Factors
