What You’ll Do As a District Manager, you’ll oversee the performance, people, and profitability of multiple restaurant locations. You’ll champion food safety, operational excellence, team development, and guest satisfaction while driving results that strengthen our brand. You’ll handle such tasks as: • Lead day to day operations across your district to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. • Drive sales growth through operational execution, marketing programs, and effective local store strategies. • Manage district P&L, including food, labor, and controllable costs. • Build and develop high performing management teams through coaching, staffing, training, and performance management. • Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Maintain a strong, positive brand presence in the community. Requirements • 5+ years of restaurant operations experience; multi-unit leadership preferred. • Strong knowledge of operations, budgeting, and people management. • A talent for developing teams and creating a positive workplace culture. • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Ability to stand and move throughout most or all of your shift. • Occasional lifting of 25–50 lbs. • Comfort handling weather changes (e.g., taking out trash, drive thru in the rain). • Use of standard restaurant equipment (headsets, registers, grills) and adherence to brand guidelines. • Positive attitude. • Friendly. • Reliable. • Willingness to learn.
