Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy District Manager with a proven track record of driving results and leading high-performing teams. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring each operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with our brand values. The ideal candidate is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a strategic leader, you will be instrumental in coaching General Managers, analyzing performance metrics, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across your district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fiscal and operational management.
  • Maintains field-visibility in restaurants.
  • Timely compliance of company and franchisor standards for food safety, security, safety, and employment matters including staffing and labor laws.
  • Enhances the image of the Company by ensuring product integrity.
  • Coaches and supports the restaurants by providing timely and consistent development.
  • Ensures RGM’s provide appropriate development for other team staff.
  • Encourages management teams to improve performance.
  • Demonstrates teamwork by holding regular area meetings, effectively resolving concerns, and ensuring resources are shared.
  • Builds capability through execution of the Bench Planning and internal promotion processes.
  • Ensures execution of the hiring selection process in their restaurants to hire only the right people.
  • Ensures all management and Team Members receive effective and timely performance Evaluations and Development Plans as appropriate.
  • Recognizes individuals and frequently encourages team members to recognize each other. Displays positive energy in restaurants.
